PERFORMANCE MANAGER 

 Full-time: Atlanta, GA or Fort Lauderdale, FL 

 As a Performance Manager, you’ll own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of automotive dealerships - acting as a strategic advisor, trusted consultant, and growth partner. You’ll help dealership leaders define success, translate their business goals into measurable learning outcomes, and ensure RockED becomes an indispensable part of how their teams perform. Your focus: driving adoption, delivering measurable business value, preventing churn, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

Full-time (Remote): Central US

RockED is seeking a high-energy, relationship-first Director of Sales to drive growth across our emerging and mid-market dealership customers across the central US. You will focus on smaller dealership groups and independent rooftops, you’ll manage a broad portfolio of accounts and a fast-moving pipeline. You’ll thrive in high-volume outbound environments—prospecting daily, building new relationships from scratch, and moving opportunities through the funnel with urgency and discipline.

PROGRAM MANAGER 

 Full-time: Atlanta, GA  

 We are seeking a proactive, organized, and growth-minded Program Manager to join our RockED Network Partners team. In this role, you’ll manage and nurture new and existing partner relationships, define project plans, and help internal teams stay aligned up to and through program launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-energy, early-career professional with strong communication skills, an interest in the automotive space, and a desire to build foundational program management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
