Step 1: Download the RockED App

Scan the QR code provided below to download the app.

Step 2: Login

Click on the 'Login using OEM Credentials' button on the login screen, select 'Audi' as your brand, choose 'Dealership Employee', and then input your AccessAudi User ID and Password. Note: You may need to zoom in to see the AccessAudi page more clearly.

Step 3: Personalize Your Experience

• After logging in, answer a few questions about your preferences. This will help personalize your learning.

• Turn on your notifications to stay connected. We'll keep reminding you of your progress and provide the encouragement you need to continue advancing toward your career goals.

  

Step 4: Access your Audi Training

• Once you submit your responses, you'll land on the 'Home' screen of the RockED app.

• Scroll to the ‘Audi Training’ section and select your training or click ‘View All.’

• Inside, you'll find Journey course cards that include your training video Guides.

• Alternatively, from the bottom menu, go to the 'Collections' tab next to 'Home.’

• Find the Collection and click 'Explore’ to access the Journey course cards.

Step 5: Start your Audi Training and Track Progress

• Click on the first Journey course card and begin by watching our 2-minute video Guides.

• Use the Green check marks ✅ to track your progress. They indicate completed sections.

• If you've already started, use the check marks to resume from where you left off.

Pro Tip to top the leaderboard: Consistency is Key! Learn 5 minutes everyday to maintain your streak and earn bonus points. Growth is a result of attention, intention and retention.

Step 6: Completion Certificate

Once you’ve completed all Guides from a Journey, a completion certificate will be generated and emailed to you.
