Director of Enterprise Sales

This position will support our Dealer Partners segment.

Overview of the position

RockED  is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Sales Director with extensive SaaS sales experience and/or a robust network in the automotive industry. As Director of Partnership Sales, you will be pivotal in building strong partner relationships, driving sales efforts, generating revenue, and fostering customer growth with companies that sell into or through automotive dealerships.

Job responsibilities:

  • Network Development: Establish and expand relationships with dealer partner contacts. Preference for candidates with an extensive, trusted network.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Manage a pipeline of opportunities from inbound interest, internal team referrals, and personal prospecting to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Full Sales Process Ownership: Guide prospective partner clients through the entire sales process, from initial discovery and demonstration to successful contract closure.
  • Product Development Contribution: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on prospect conversations, enhancing our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and business leadership teams to align marketing and sales activities for maximum effectiveness and revenue generation.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records by diligently updating the HubSpot CRM system, documenting all activities related to opportunities and follow-ups.

What we expect of you:

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales, preferably in selling B2B SaaS solutions in the automotive or learning and development industries, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Expertise in negotiating and closing SaaS deals, particularly those exceeding $500k/year in annual contract value (ACV) with sales cycles of 3-9 months.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage and track sales activities and opportunities.
  • Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a tenacious drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated capability to organize tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and manage time wisely to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
