Overview of the position
We’re searching for a Program Analyst to join our rapidly growing company in the RockED Network Partners department. This is the department that manages relationships with our largest automotive dealer groups, OEMs, and Dealer Service Providers. Because the Program Analyst will be on an advancement track to become a Program Manager, the ideal candidate will have project management experience and has spent time in the automotive, learning & development, and/or startup spaces. This candidate will also live in or be willing to relocate to either Fort Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA.
Job responsibilities:

Work closely with RockED Network Partners, Content Owners, Development Teams, and Leadership to manage the strategy, scope, required resources, and timing for new project launches and ongoing relationships.

Meet with partners virtually and in-person regularly to provide updates, reporting, and create potential upsell opportunities.

Research topics in learning & development & automotive.

Weigh in on prospective partner strategy and proposal elements.

Work with team to identify opportunities to improve processes & procedures.

Join prospective partner meetings, as needed.

Step in to support internal teams with project tasks, as needed.
