Partner Experience Specialist

Location: Onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL or Atlanta, GA

Overview of the position

As a Partner Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with key partners within automotive dealerships. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and collaborative experience for our partners, driving mutual success, and contributing to the overall growth and satisfaction of our user network.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our products/services.
  • Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across our partner ecosystem via various mediums, including phone, email, text & in person. Ability to communicate with different types of customers from business owners and executives, through senior and mid-level management and line level users.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for users.
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all users.
  • Utilize CRM tool, Hubspot, to track and manage all interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Gather feedback from users and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement partner-specific initiatives and campaigns.

What we expect of you:

  • Proven experience in a customer relationship management or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to connect with all levels of dealership management, from General Manager to sales and service associates. High level of comfort with communication of detailed business topics via phone call and video conference.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealerships and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot, and proficiency in utilizing them for partner relationship management.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university
