As required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), The RockED Company Inc. (RockED) provides California consumers with the option to opt out of certain data sharing programs that are defined as a "sale".

The CCPA broadly defines "sale" to include not only the type of selling you are familiar with, but also renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Currently, RockED shares data about your visit to our website with advertising networks and data analytics providers that deliver customized web content and communications about RockED or other products or services that may be of interest to you. 

Some of these data sharing arrangements may meet the definition of "sale" under the CCPA, or our advertising and analytics partners have indicated that they would like us to treat the arrangement as a "sale" for CCPA purposes and permit you to opt-out. If you would like RockED to stop sharing your personal data under these programs, please fill out the following form.

Opting-out of these data sharing programs will not affect your purchase or use of RockED products or services. It will also not affect any disclosures that you have directed us to make to third parties. We will also continue to use and disclose your information for purposes that do not meet the definition of "sale" under the CCPA. We will not contact you to request that you change your mind in the next 12 months.
