JM&A Group and RockED unveil game-changing sales enablement program for F&I professionals at NADA 2025

JM&A Group and RockED have partnered to launch a sales enablement program tailored for 
Finance and Insurance (F&I) professionals in the automotive industry. Officially rolling out in Q1 
2025, this program leverages RockED's expertise in mobile micro-learning and gamification with 
JM&A’s extensive knowledge in F&I.  

 

Fort Lauderdale, Fla – JM&A Group, one of the nation’s leading providers of F&I performance 
and training in the automotive industry, and RockED, the leading mobile sales enablement 
platform in the industry, announce the nationwide launch of innovative sales enablement 
program designed specifically for F&I managers and sales professionals.  


This announcement follows a successful year of collaboration and pilot programs that engaged 
nearly 100 dealerships across the U.S. throughout 2024. The official rollout to the entire JM&A 
network will take place in the first quarter of 2025, providing the company’s thousands of dealer 
partners with access to subscription content for the entire year. Through the partnership, dealers 
will have access to RockED’s executive level support and JM&A’s full F&I content library. 
Additionally, dealers will have the option to upgrade to RockED’s full core content library, 
compliance training through Mosaic and the J.D. Power EV Expert Certification Program 
powered by RockED. 


The program, a direct result of the strategic partnership between JM&A and RockED — forged 
through JM Family Enterprises’ investment in RockED in late 2023 — focuses on empowering 
F&I professionals with the tools and training they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving 
automotive landscape. Combining RockED’s expertise in mobile micro-learning and gamified 
app experiences with JM&A’s deep industry knowledge and proven F&I process methodologies, 
the program represents a new era of training and development for the automotive industry. 


In the initial pilot program, nearly 1,000 automotive professionals utilized the platform, during 
which tens of thousands of learning modules were delivered. Feedback from participants 
highlighted significant benefits, including increased product knowledge, reduced onboarding 
time, and the ability for dealerships to build a strong bench of future F&I professionals.

gathered shaped the comprehensive solution that includes product knowledge, F&I process 
training, and JM&A’s signature people-first approach to serving car buyers.
